Off-Campus Interviews

Lafayette strongly encourages candidates for admission to schedule an interview. There is no better way for us to learn about you and all the ways you can contribute to our campus community. This is especially true of applicants seeking merit-based scholarships.

Our staff and alumni conduct interviews all over the United States and around the world from September through December. Prospective students are encouraged to arrange interview appointments at their convenience when a director is in their area. Alumni admissions interview receptions (marked with an asterisk in the schedule below) combine your interview with a panel discussion with Lafayette graduates. Admissions candidates attending these events can network with students from their areas who also are serious about Lafayette while their parents meet parents of current Lafayette students.

To arrange for an off-campus interview in one of the locations listed below, email interviews@lafayette.edu.  Include your full name, address, cell phone number, and high school name.  Be sure to note the city in which you wish to interview, and your preferred date (if more than one option is given).

In addition, on-campus interviews may be scheduled on weekdays from March through January. For information on scheduling an interview at Lafayette and touring our campus, see the visit website or call (610) 330-5100.

International interviews are granted to rising seniors, or students in their final year of study or those who have completed secondary-level education.
