Why I chose to be a part of the Lafayette community:   I enjoyed a tremendous college experience and always have loved visiting campuses all over this country – even with my own kids!  Lafayette College has so much to offer.  I enjoy meeting students from all walks of life and exploring how Lafayette can fit into their plans.  If I can help make an opaque process easier for any high schooler or potential transfer student, I’m happy to help.

Years at Lafayette:  1997-1999;  2006 to present

College major:  Business Administration

Favorite sports team:  Lafayette Leopards of course! (or the Ohio State Buckeyes)

Favorite vacation spot:  Martha’s Vineyard

Favorite book:  Impossible to choose just one, but my favorite recent read was All the Light We Cannot See (Doerr).   Loved it!

Favorite movie:  Also impossible to choose just one – or even one genre!  As for the classics, I think To Kill a Mockingbird is an almost perfect film.   I just returned from the 2018 Telluride Film Festival and strongly recommend you look out for First Man, Front Runner and a marvelous 4 hour documentary on Watergate (rumor is that it will appear in 4 one-hour installments on the History Channel).

Favorite musical:  Sweeney Todd.  The original Broadway production was absolutely amazing, but I enjoyed John Doyle’s much smaller revival as well.

Favorite Easton restaurant:  Sette Luna.  It’s an arugula salad on a delicious grilled crust.

Favorite campus spot:  The Quad on 1st year move-in day – so much energy, emotion and excitement!

Hobbies and interests:  I love reading, movies, theater, dance, walking/hiking, travel and attending sports events, especially baseball and basketball.

Fun fact about me:  I’m the proud mother of three wonderful, very different, young adults, the oldest of whom attended Lafayette College.
