XLC Food Truck Menus

Your lunch ticket will get you one meal from one of the food trucks. Below are the menus offered by each food truck. If you have allergy concerns, please visit the Lafayette Dining tent with any questions or concerns.

 

Don Juan Mex Grill

Choice of Chicken, Ground Beef or Vegetarian for any of the following:

• 2 Tacos: Soft flour or hard corn (gluten-free) with lettuce, cheese, pico de gallo, & chipotle dressing, served with chips & salsa.
• Quesadillas: Grilled flour tortilla filled with cheese, protein of your choice, served with a side of sour cream and pico de gallo.
• Bowl: Mexican rice, black beans, pico de gallo, & side of chipotle dressing.
• Salad Bowl: Romaine, black beans, pico de gallo, & side of chipotle dressing.

Grumpy’s BBQ Roadhouse

Any of the following, served with coleslaw & baked beans side

• Pulled pork BBQ
• Pulled chicken BBQ
• Mac & cheese

Lafayette College Dining

• Turkey and sharp provolone, lettuce, tomato, with mustard aioli on a kaiser roll
• Roasted eggplant and tomato, rapini, garbanzo beans, lettuce in a gluten friendly wrap
• Grilled chicken and kale caesar salad, shaved parmesan , croutons, and creamy caesar dressing
• Chipotle roasted tofu salad with romaine, red onion, corn, red peppers, cucumbers, and tomato with cilantro vinaigrette

Pat’s Pizza & Bistro

• 1/2 pizza (Choice of : Margarita, Plain, or Pepperoni)
• Entree pasta salad: artisan penne, uncured pepperoni and soppressata, fresh mozzarella, sharp provolone, pesto, parmesan cheese, basil, EVOO
